Alright people, haven't been around since the pub crawl as I've still got an injured elbow and the latest is a 13 week wait to see a surgeon (and that's just to decide if I need an op) so probably won't be fencing for a while. In the meantime I've been getting into practice for a few charity bike rides. They're all for a good cause, so if anyone cares to sponsor me here are the links:
First one is the Essex Countryside ride on 17 May for Little Havens Children’s Hospice, which starts and finishes at the sports hall:

Next up is the 40 mile ride circuit from Billericay for Orchid male cancer on 14 June:

And finally there’s the big one London to Southend on 17 July for British Heart Foundation:

Hope to see you all again soon

Alright so you can't fence, but you can lift a pint with the other arm, right? Get yourself down the pub!
Might help you get more sponsorship anyway!
You can have 10p per mile from me, but you lose 10p for every Tuesday session we don't see you at the pub
