CHELMSFORD &
anglia ruskin university FENCING CLUB
The
Master at Arms
trophy is awarded annually to the most successful Men's and Women's
fencer within the club measured against results in Club
championships. The ladies trophy - introduced for the first time in
2001 - is known as the
Champion at Arms.
Each time a fencer enters one of the three competitions, they are
awarded a points total equivalent to their final placing. For
example, a fencer finishing in first place would receive 1 point, in
second place 2 points and so on. A fencer MUST fence in all three
disciplines/weapons to be eligible for the trophy. At the end of the
year, the trophy is awarded to the fencers with the lowest overall
number of points.
